Curbside Pickup at Mathis Distribution Center in Indio

ORDER PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Visit our cashier counter with your receipt and a valid ID
• Driver's License
• State Issued ID
• Federal Government Issued ID
2. Receive a warehouse ticket and the warehouse instructions
3. Pull your vehicle into a warehouse pick-up lane
4. Give your warehouse ticket to one of our warehouse members
5. Our warehouse members will bring your merchandise and load it into your vehicle

Additional requirements for the Online Credit Card Transactions:

• The cardholder must be present at the time of pick up.
• The credit card that was used for the online payment along with a valid ID will need to be presented for verification.

Please note that the item or items will not be released for pick up if the above requirements are not met.
