This convenient add-on table top provides you with ample space to sprawl out all your papers and folders while still having room for desk essentials like your laptop, collection of notepads, phone and even a chic accent lamp. It also features a keyboard shelf that includes a right and left extension for your computer mouse. This handy return kit contains parts to convert Executive Desk 109843 into an L-shape configuration by fastening the desk drawers to the Return Kit. It is important to notice that the drawers are not included with the return. Finished in Classic Cherry, this one-of-a-kind return kit gives your home or office exactly what it needs extra space!
Return Policy
All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sheets, mattress protectors, mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforters, mattress protection products, rug samples, and rug pads are not eligible for return. Custom items or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once ordered.
Any damage or defects to the product will be covered by the manufacturer, and an exchange for a new product will be created. If the product is no longer in stock or available from the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the consumer once the damaged product has been returned.
For all change-of-mind returns, a non-refundable return fee of 15% of the item price shall be applicable, regardless of the return method. In the event that the return is made directly to a Mathis warehouse by the consumer, no freight charges will apply, and only the 15% return fee will be retained. Should the consumer request pickup services or a return shipping label, the consumer shall be responsible for both the applicable freight charges and the 15% return fee. Custom-ordered or made-to-order items shall incur an additional 25% restocking fee, for a total of 40% restocking fee.
All returned items must be shipped back to the manufacturer in either the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage.
Once refunded, credits will be applied to the consumer's account. This can take anywhere from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the consumer's bank.
