Give plants an elegant base on the patio or porch with this decorative plant container. Ferns, flowers and other plants will look great in this traditional-style planter. Featuring an ornamental leafy vines design, this planter evokes the look of classical-style plant containers found on English manors and estates. The hand-painted finish gives this piece an attractive time-worn look with a rich, warm color reminiscent of metal. While this flower pot has the look of an older vessel, it is made with very modern materials. The linear low-density polyethylene construction helps this planter withstand the elements, from resisting cracking from cold temperatures to combating damage from harmful UV rays. It is also built to shield and insulate plant roots from sudden changes in temperature, thanks to the full-depth inner wall. Another great benefit of this double-wall structure is that the space between the walls can be filled with sand or gravel to keep the planter in place in windy areas. Additionally, the planter can also be used as a decorative accent inside the home when paired with a protective saucer.
