Precision-honed, 25° edge – smaller cutting angle for sharpness and precision. SIGMAFORGE knife is forged from a single piece of special-formula, high-carbon stainless steel. Ice-hardened FRIODUR blade starts sharper, stays sharper longer. Ergonomic, Jute Micarta handle with a triple-rivet design and stainless-steel endcap, with ZWILLING logo lasered in center rivet. Hand wash recommended. Made in Germany.
