Special-formula steel made with a minimum of 90% recycled materials for a reduced carbon footprint, made with a 50% reduction of the CO2 footprint during the production of the steel. Curved bolster acts as an extension of the hand, encouraging cutting with improved precision, safety, and comfort. SIGMAFORGE knife is forged from a single piece of special formula high-carbon stainless steel, precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensures ideal cutting angle for sharpness and durability. Full tang and handle are triple riveted for superb stability and comfort. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended. Magnetic Knife Block: Made of FSC-certified Birchwood that won’t scratch your knives, dual-sided easel holds 8 knives up to 10-inches long. Knives made in Germany.
