Our 100% cast-iron features an enamel coating and comes pre-seasoned to improve performance and durability. Enameled cast iron transfers and retains heat evenly and makes cleanup easier. Resistant to rust, chipping and cracking, the coating requires no additional seasoning. The smooth base is compatible with all cooktops including induction, but is not recommended for glass stove tops.
