Features: To make doors open and close smoothly. A spring-loaded system with steel ball, strong spring and steel strike plate for years usage. Different applications for interior environment to fit for variety of door clearances. Tension and height adjustment according to the gap between door frame and door leaf. How to Install: 1.Mark screws in correct position for catches. Drill 15/16 diameter hole and 1-1/8 deep. 2.Align with catches, mark shape of strike plate and screw holes on door edge. Then secure screws and chisel plate. 3.Test to close the door and adjust as necessary.
