These are the Official Rules for the 2026 MATHIS HOME OKC THUNDER vs PHOENIX SUNS TICKET GIVEAWAY; A drawing for two (2) tickets to the OKC Thunder vs the Phoenix Suns in the Mathis Suite on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 (the “Contest”). Each participant's odds of winning are dependent upon the number of official entries received as of the deadline for the drawing (i.e. the odds of winning two (2) OKC Thunder tickets are (1) out of the total number of participants that have submitted an entry). We anticipate receiving many entries; there will be only one winner.
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN, AND THE USE OF THE TERM “CUSTOMER” IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN NO WAY IMPLIES A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. The Contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older, except employees and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of Mathis Home (the “Promoter”), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, employees and agents, its advertising and promotional agencies, or any other company engaged in the development, production, distribution or sponsorship of this Contest. Mathis Home shall be the sole and exclusive promotor of the of the Contest, and the Professional Basketball Club, LLC (“Thunder”) shall not act as, nor be deemed to be, a promotor of the Contest in any capacity and shall have no responsibility to organize, operate, administer, or sponsor the Contest.
3. The Contest begins on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST and will end on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST. To enter this Contest, the participant must follow the Mathis Home Instagram page, like the Mathis Home OKC Thunder Ticket Giveaway post, and tag two friends. Participants can also reshare the post to their personal Instagram story for additional entries. All entries must be submitted before 9:00 am CST on Tuesday, April 22, 2026.
4. Winner will be selected by a random drawing held before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The winner of the Mathis Home OKC Thunder Ticket Giveaway will receive two (2) OKC Thunder vs Phoenix Suns tickets in the Mathis Suite on April 22, 2026. Each participant's odds of winning are dependent upon the number of official entries received as of the deadline for the drawing (i.e. the odds of winning two (2) OKC Thunder tickets are one (1) out of the total number of participants that have submitted an entry).
5. No substitutes or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted, except that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the date of the game. Participants are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes that may apply.
6. Winners will be announced on social media within 48 hours of the contest ending. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, or declines the prize, another winner will be selected. Each winner must accept their prize within 24 hours of notification of winning (the "deadline"). Pickup and delivery coordination will vary depending on the winner’s location. All prizes will be awarded in-store at a Mathis Home location nearest to the winner’s primary home residence by the store manager or a Mathis Marketing representative. Any and all transport or delivery fees from the store are the responsibility of the winner. A prize not claimed by the deadline will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to select another participant, by random drawing, in such instance and award the prize to an alternate participant.
7. By entering the Contest, the entrant releases Promoter and Thunder, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, employees and agents, their advertising and promotional agencies, or any other company engaged in the development, production, distribution or sponsorship of this Contest from any liability whatsoever and waives any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity, privacy or defamation, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
8. Consent to be contacted by phone, text and/or email is hereby granted by the Participant regardless of whether the Participant's number is presently on the federal or any state Do-Not-Call registry or the Participant later adds their number to any such registry. This consent extends to the receipt of marketing communications, including the use of telemarketing through an automatic dialer using a pre-recorded voice.
9. Neither the Promoter nor Thunder, nor any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, employees and agents, their advertising and promotional agencies, or any other company engaged in the development, production, distribution or sponsorship of this Contest will be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted or damaged entries; (b) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
10. The Promoter and Thunder, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, employees and agents, their advertising and promotional agencies, or any other company engaged in the development, production, distribution or sponsorship of this Contest accepts no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, stolen, misdirected, postage due or mutilated entries and further do not assume any liability or responsibility for any malfunction of telecommunication, internet, or individual computer or mobile device systems.
11. This Contest is void where prohibited. This Contest is only available to residents of Alaska, Arkansas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, New Mexico, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington.
12. By entering the Contest the winner understands that the Promoter and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, employees and agents, its advertising and promotional agencies, or any other company engaged in the development, production, distribution or sponsorship of this Contest shall have the right to use the winner’s voice, name, image, likeness, actions, statements and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification.
13. As a condition of being awarded the prize, the winner will be required to execute and deliver to the Promoter a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability within 7 days of notification of being a winner.
14. Aside from attempting to contact each Contest winner directly, the names of the Contest winner will be posted in a social media post on the Mathis Design Studio Instagram page.
15. By entering the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all respects. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any participant's participation in the Contest should causes beyond its control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or if the Promoter is or otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned.
16. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned by reasons of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technology failures of any sort.
17. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes (which is one (1)) available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes (which is one (1)) will be awarded.
18. If for some reason the winner receives a rain check in lieu of the prize, the winner is entitled by law to receive the prize, an item of equal or greater value, or the cash equivalent of the offered prize within thirty (30) days of the date on which the winner claimed the prize.
19. The Promoter's decisions are final. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.
20. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes between the parties, and any and all causes of action arising out of or connected with their relationships to each other, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action or collective action, exclusively before an arbitrator located in the same state of the participant’s residence, which arbitrator shall apply the laws of the participant’s home state without regards for the doctrines of conflicts of laws. Any, and all disputes regarding the scope, breath, interpretation, application or arbitrability of this agreement to arbitrate (including but not limited to any challenges to the validity of this agreement to arbitrate) shall be delegated to the arbitrator to decide in the first instance. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or decreased beyond any actual incurred damages.
