Vertical ribbing defines the curved legs, adding a sense of movement. A sophisticated black stone finish completes this modern organic design, ideal for entryways and living spaces.
Notice: Our Black Stone finish is crafted using a unique blend of crushed stone and resin, backed by a durable fiberglass structure. As a result of this artisanal process, hairline cracks may naturally appear in the surface. These fine lines are an expected characteristic of the material and do not compromise the strength, stability, or structural integrity of the piece. They are not considered defects or damage. Each item reflects the handcrafted nature of the Black Stone finish, adding to its individual charm and timeless appeal.
Return Policy
All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sheets, mattress protectors, mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforters, mattress protection products, all samples, and rug pads are not eligible for return. Custom items or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once ordered.
Any damage or defects to the product will be covered by the manufacturer, and an exchange for a new product will be created. If the product is no longer in stock or available from the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the consumer once the damaged product has been returned.
For all change-of-mind returns, a non-refundable return fee of 15% of the item price shall be applicable, regardless of the return method. In the event that the return is made directly to a Mathis warehouse by the consumer, no freight charges will apply, and only the 15% return fee will be retained. Should the consumer request pickup services or a return shipping label, the consumer shall be responsible for both the applicable freight charges and the 15% return fee. Custom-ordered or made-to-order items shall incur an additional 25% restocking fee, for a total of 40% restocking fee.
All items must be accepted at the time delivery. If items are refused at the time of delivery any and all re-route fees incurred from the shipper will be the responsibility to the consumer to pay. Items must be scheduled for delivery as soon as they are available from the shipper. Should the consumer wish to delay the delivery, any storage fees incurred on the item will be the responsibly of the consumer to pay before the item will be delivered.
All returned items must be shipped back to the manufacturer in either the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage and additional fees.
Once refunded, credits will be applied to the consumer's account. This can take anywhere from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the consumer's bank.
