Heirloom by Design Studio Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential, non-commercial use. Please read below for details.
Frames & Foundations

Indoor Residential Products: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects as long as the furniture remains in its original upholstery and location.

Outdoor Residential Products: Limited lifetime warranty on frames from date of delivery against manufacturing defects and structural failure.
Exclusions: Improper use, accidental damage, abuse, or negligence.
Cushions, Backs & Toss Pillows

Indoor & Outdoor Residential: 3-year warranty against abnormal loss of resiliency. Normal softening or flattening of foam and fibers is not a defect.
Motion Mechanisms

Indoor & Outdoor Residential: 3-year warranty on sleeper, swivel, rocker, and recliner mechanisms under normal non-commercial use.
Mattresses & Sleepers

Air Mattress: 3-year warranty on mattress, air bladder, and valve against material or workmanship defects.

Ultra Sleeper Foam Mattress: 5-year warranty on mattress components; 3-year warranty on mechanism. Normal softening of foam is not a defect.

Innerspring Mattress: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Softening of foam and fiber is normal.
Fabrics & Leather

Indoor & Outdoor Fabrics: Covered only as warranted by the fabric mill. Normal wear, color changes, shrinkage, or wrinkling are not covered.

Leather: Covered only as warranted by the leather supplier. Natural markings, variations in grain, wrinkles, or minor color differences are normal.

Fabric/Leather Protectors: Warranty applies only if applied by the original manufacturer. Aftermarket treatments void the warranty.
Wood, Metal & Glass Furniture

Wood: 3-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Natural variations are not defects.

Metal: 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Abrasive scratches, rust, or tarnishing are not covered.

Glass & Glass Shelves: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Minor air bubbles or waviness are not defects.

Metal Frames & Finishes (Outdoor): Limited lifetime warranty on frames; 10-year warranty on finish against peeling or blistering.
General Limitations

Minor differences in color, texture, or finish are normal and not defects.

Warranty covers authorized purchases from Heirloom by Design Studio retailers only.

Applies only to normal household use; excludes commercial or rental use.

Damage from negligence, accidents, misuse, pets, or improper care is not covered.

Modifications, floor samples, or “as-is” purchases are not covered.

Remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
Your Warranty Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state. It is the limit of Heirloom by Design Studio’s responsibility, except as otherwise required by law.
Our Promise: We will repair or replace any parts we determine to have manufacturing defects, within the limits of this warranty.
