Limited Warranty
RC Furniture will either repair or replace at its option any furniture product, which has a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty without charge. All packing and transportation charges for delivering the product requiring service to and from RC Furniture are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
1. Frame and Spring construction is warranted to be free of defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal residential care and use. This warranty is only valid as long as the furniture is upholstered in its original fabric or leather.
2. Fabrics are warranted for one year to the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer under normal none commercial use. This warranty does not cover wrinkling, fading or pilling. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is excluded from this warranty. Some delicate fabrics, such as rayon, tend to bruise easily and will sometimes show premature wear. This is not a defect, but is a natural characteristic of the fibers and is not covered under this warranty. COM fabrics are also excluded from this warranty.
3. Leathers are warranted for one year to the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers cracking, peeling, tearing, hardening or color transfer under normal non-commercial use. Leathers are not warranted against fading, dye lot variances, chemical treatments, wearing, or any damages from any deaning process, substance or operation. COL leathers are also excluded from this warranty.
4. Cushions are warranted not to collapse for a period of five years. This warranty is honored as long as the cushion is in the original fabric maintained under normal residential care and use. All foams and filling materials will soften and conform to the user over time. This is considered normal and is not a defect.
5. Scams are reinforced by using the latest sewing technology. Any defect in workmanship should appear within the first year of usage. therefore, we are confident to warrant our seams to be free of defects due to faulty workmanship for a period of one year under normal residential care and use.
6. Sleeper Mechanisms are warranted to be free of defects for three years from the date of purchase.
7. Swivel Base Mechanisms are warranted to be free of defects for one year from the date of purchase.
8. Mattresses are warranted to be free of defects fo three years from the date of purchase.
