Return Policy
All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product. Sheets, Mattress Protectors, Mattresses, and Pillows will only be eligible for returns if they are unopened in their original packaging. Rug samples are not eligible for return. Custom items, or made to order items, are not eligible for cancellation once ordered.
Any damage or defects to the product will be covered by the manufacturer and an exchange for a new product will be created. If the product is no longer in stock or available from the Manufacturer a refund will be issued to the consumer once the damaged product has been returned.
On all Consumer Change of Mind returns all return freight expenses will be the responsibility of the consumer. This freight expense will be charged on the consumer account and a refund for the remainder of the credit from the return will be processed back to the consumer upon confirmation of the return by the Manufacturer. Custom ordered, or made to ordered items, are subject to an additional 10% restocking charge.
All returned items must be shipped back to the manufacturer in either the original packaging or a similar packaging to prevent damage.
Once refunded credits will in the consumer account. This can take anywhere form 3-12 business days depending on the Consumers bank.
